Kathy - what does "severance" potential mean? I've never heard that term before.
Nice looking home, I hope you are able to get it sold quickly!
Kathy - cute home for sale in Uxbridge Ontario - could be a real charmer, a darling porch.
Severance potential?
Juli - Severance Potential - there is the possibility of splitting the property into more than one ..... in this case there is a possibility of splitting into 2 possible 3 properties giving you two vacant lots and one with a house on it provided the various agencies etc approve the severance.
Brian - this one has some unique circumstances ..... it will either sell very quickly or it may take some time finding the right buyer.
Virginia - yes it could be with some work ..... for severance see comment #4
AHA, now that I understand. Just had never heard it referred to as severance. I guess we would just call it splittable lot. Thanks for the clarification.
